With the Pro Plan, you purchase through GAVIN’s supplier network, and we stand behind product quality — if a quality issue arises, we handle it with the supplier involved.

With the Basic Plan, you continue to use your own suppliers. We coordinate with them to resolve any quality issues, but the final commercial loss sits with you or your supplier.

Yes. If you are sourcing several products, you can use the Basic Plan for the items you buy from your own suppliers and the Pro Plan for the items you source through GAVIN’s network.

For the Basic Plan, the minimum service fee is $100.

On mixed orders we look at the average value per product rather than each line individually. Each product should carry a minimum purchase value of $500, but we calculate this as an average across the whole order. If the total order value divided by the number of products reaches or exceeds $500 (for example, $2,000 spread across four products), no additional handling fee applies.

If the average falls short and the order contains too many low-value items, a $25 handling fee per product applies to those below the minimum.

In most cases we cannot disclose supplier details. We are, however, glad to help buyers arrange on-site factory visits so you can see the supplier and the production yourself.

By default we carry out inspections against AQL 2.5 sampling standards, at no additional charge, including where a factory has reworked items following earlier quality issues.

Inspections at a higher sampling ratio, or item-by-item, can also be arranged and are quoted separately.

Product photography can be arranged on request. As a guide, photos start at $3 each, and a credit is available on higher-value items.
