GAVIN is an independent furniture sourcing service based in Foshan, China. We assist international buyers with supplier identification, product sourcing, sample coordination, quality inspection and pre-shipment consolidation.
GAVIN is not a manufacturer, not the seller of the products, and not a carrier. We act as a sourcing coordinator between buyers and independent suppliers. Purchase contracts are made directly between you and the supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The content on this website is for general information about our services. It does not constitute a binding offer. Descriptions of services, processes and capabilities may change; the version applicable to your project is the one confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) for that project.
Indicative costs mentioned on this website (including service fee percentages, minimum order values and handling fees) are for reference and will be confirmed in a written quotation for your specific project. Written quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Commercial terms for your project — including service fees, payment schedule, inspection scope and shipping arrangements — are defined in the written confirmation agreed between you and GAVIN.
When engaging our services, you agree to: provide accurate product requirements, specifications and reference materials; review samples, quotations and production confirmations carefully before approving them; make agreed payments on time; and comply with the laws of your own country and of China regarding the products you import, including import duties, product compliance and labeling requirements in your destination market.
Quality inspections are conducted against the specifications agreed in writing for your project, using the sampling standard confirmed with you (unless otherwise agreed, AQL 2.5 applies to final random inspection).
While we take reasonable care in coordinating suppliers, inspecting products and managing production, GAVIN does not manufacture the products. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific order in question, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Claims regarding product quality must be raised before shipment or within the period confirmed in writing for your project.
You retain all rights to the designs, drawings, specifications and reference materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to share them with shortlisted suppliers for the sole purpose of obtaining quotations and samples for your project.
The GAVIN name, logo and website content are the property of GAVIN and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Both parties agree to keep non-public business information — including supplier details, quotations and pricing — confidential, and to use it only for the purpose of the sourcing project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAVIN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of this website or our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from our services will first be addressed through friendly negotiation; if no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court or arbitration institution mutually agreed by both parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Material changes that affect ongoing projects will be communicated directly.
